Explore the labyrinth of the town hall complex, discover its history, visit the ceremonial hall and enjoy the view from the town hall roof.

During the tour, you will walk through the town hall complex with a guide and learn interesting facts about its history and architecture.

You will visit the ceremonial hall with a unique fresco of the Wisdom of God, admire the original statues of virtues, and see the statue of Samson by Josef Dietrich. You will enjoy an exclusive view from the roof of Přemysl Otakar II Square, where you will also encounter bees, and then take in a panoramic view of the surrounding area from the crisis staff tower. You can also peek into the council chamber, provided no meeting is taking place at that time.

Duration: approximately 60 minutes

Not suitable for children under 3 years old, and animals are not allowed.

 

Options for participation:

Summer season (June–September)
Regular guided tours take place every Monday and Wednesday at 10:15 AM in Czech. Advance booking is recommended.

Winter season (Advent)
Regular winter tours take place every Wednesday during Advent at 3:45 p.m. in Czech. We recommend booking in advance once the dates have been announced.

Individual tours
Outside of regular tours, advance booking by email or telephone is required. Tours can be arranged on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., in Czech or English, depending on current occupancy and guide availability.

 

The town hall can only be visited with a guide.
